INTRODUCTION

The land at Blackaddie, Sanquhar is situated to the North East of the town.  The town is well located on the A76 trunk road, approximately 29 miles North of the region’s capital of Dumfries, which provides good accessibility to other parts of the region by both road and rail.  Sanquhar has a number of facilities including both a Primary and Secondary School, a swimming pool, a range of independent shops and a number of small businesses.

DIRECTIONS

From Dumfries take the A76 trunk road for 27 miles.  At the far end of Sanquhar turn left immediately before the garage.  Follow this for approximately ½ mile and access to the land is on the right hand side past the swimming pool as indicated on the Sale Plan which forms part of these particulars.
